Email your client app details, the closed testing links, and anything specific you want covered. One message is enough to get started, and there is no per-app form to fill in.

Your client adds the testers group
Your client adds our testers Google Group to the Google Groups section of their closed testing track in Play Console. That single step grants every tester access to the build.

Testing starts on its own
15 to 25 testers, depending on the plan, opt in within 6 hours and stay active for the full 14-day period. You get progress updates as it runs and a report for every app at the end.
