Thank you for choosing Testers Community. We offer a professional **Private Testing** service to help developers achieve Google Play production access. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By subscribing to or purchasing our testing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.

1Private Testing

Refund Condition

A refund is only applicable if Google rejects your production access after the required 14-day testing period.

Options for Rejected Apps

If Google rejects your app, you may choose either:

Option 1: Full Refund

Receive a complete refund of your payment if Google rejects your production access.

Option 2: Free Retry

Get an additional 14 days of free testing to try again for production access.

Proof of Rejection

You must forward the official Google rejection email to our support team. Requests without this documentation may be denied.

2How to Request a Refund

Timeframe

Refund requests related to a Google rejection must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the rejection notice.

Required Information

When initiating a refund request, include:

  • Your registered email address or account details.
  • Proof of purchase or relevant transaction details.
  • Proof of Google rejection (for Private Testing).

Response Time

We aim to respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe, typically 3–5 business days.

3Processing and Timeline

Approval

If your refund request is approved, we will process it through Razorpay payment processing.

Processing Period

Refunds typically take 7 business days from the date of approval to appear in your original payment method.

No Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. All refunds are either the full amount or no refund at all.

4Additional Exclusions or Exceptions
  • Legitimate Requests Only

    We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or appears fraudulent or abusive.
