This Affiliate Program Policy ("Policy") governs your participation in the Testers Community Affiliate Program ("Program"). By activating the affiliate program through your dashboard, you agree to be bound by this Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Important: Testers Community reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program or any affiliate's participation at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
Who Can Participate
The Program is open to all registered Testers Community users who have a valid account in good standing. By activating the Program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
Account Requirements
You must maintain an active Testers Community account to participate. Accounts that are suspended, terminated, or otherwise not in good standing are not eligible for the Program.
Commission Rate
Affiliates earn a 10% commission on the first qualifying purchase made by each referred user. This rate is the maximum commission offered under the Program.
Qualifying Purchases
A qualifying purchase is the first completed payment made by a referred user who signed up using your unique referral link. Only the first purchase per referred user is eligible for commission. Subsequent purchases by the same referred user do not generate additional commissions.
Website Purchases Only
Affiliate commissions apply exclusively to purchases made through the Testers Community website (testerscommunity.com). Purchases made through mobile applications, third-party platforms, or any other channel are not eligible for affiliate commissions.
Attribution Window
When a user clicks your referral link, attribution is tracked for a period of 90 days. If the referred user signs up and makes a qualifying purchase within this 90-day window, you will receive the commission. After 90 days, the attribution expires and no commission will be earned for that referral.
First-Touch Attribution
Testers Community uses a first-touch attribution model. If a user clicks referral links from multiple affiliates, the commission is awarded to the first affiliate whose referral link the user clicked. Subsequent referral links from other affiliates will not override the original attribution during the 90-day window.
Commission Calculation
Commission is calculated based on the USD equivalent of the purchase amount at the time of the transaction. Currency conversions, if applicable, are performed at our prevailing exchange rates.
Note: Testers Community reserves the right to modify the commission rate at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future transactions only.
Minimum Payout Threshold
Payouts are available once your affiliate balance reaches a minimum of $20.00 USD. Balances below this threshold will accumulate until the minimum is met.
Payout Process
To request a payout, contact us at support@testerscommunity.com. We will coordinate the payout method and process the transfer. Payout methods and timelines may vary and are subject to verification.
Processing Time
We aim to process payout requests within 7 business days. However, processing times may vary depending on the payout method and verification requirements.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the Program, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and/or suspension of your Testers Community account:
- Self-Referrals: Referring yourself, or creating multiple accounts to generate commissions on your own purchases.
- Fake or Fraudulent Referrals: Using bots, fake accounts, or any automated means to generate referrals or inflate referral counts.
- Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails, messages, or communications containing your referral link. This includes posting referral links in contexts where they are unwelcome or violate third-party platform policies.
- Misleading or Deceptive Promotion: Making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Testers Community, its services, pricing, or the affiliate program itself.
- Impersonation: Representing yourself as an employee, agent, or official representative of Testers Community.
- Paid Advertising on Brand Terms: Bidding on "Testers Community" or related branded keywords in paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) without prior written approval.
Enforcement
We actively monitor for prohibited activities. Any affiliate found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their affiliate status revoked, all pending commissions forfeited, and may have their Testers Community account suspended or terminated.
Refund Impact
If a referred user receives a refund for the purchase that generated your commission, the corresponding commission will be reversed and deducted from your affiliate balance.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If a referred user's payment results in a chargeback or payment dispute, the associated commission will be reversed. If the chargeback is later resolved in favor of Testers Community, the commission may be reinstated at our discretion.
Negative Balances
If commission reversals result in a negative balance, the negative amount will be carried forward and offset against future commissions earned.
Brand Usage
You may use the "Testers Community" name and logo solely for the purpose of promoting the services through the Program. You may not alter, modify, or misrepresent the brand in any way. All intellectual property rights in the Testers Community name, logo, and services remain exclusively with Testers Community.
Promotional Content
Any promotional content you create must be accurate, not misleading, and compliant with applicable advertising laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance.
Termination by You
You may stop participating in the Program at any time by contacting us at support@testerscommunity.com. Upon voluntary termination, any outstanding balance above the minimum payout threshold will be paid out.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. In cases of termination for prohibited activities or Policy violations, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
Program Discontinuation
Testers Community may discontinue the entire Program at any time. In such an event, we will make reasonable efforts to pay out earned commissions above the minimum threshold within 30 days of discontinuation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Testers Community shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, including but not limited to loss of anticipated commissions or profits.
Tax Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes applicable to commissions earned through the Program, in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Testers Community does not withhold taxes on affiliate payouts and will not provide tax advice. You should consult a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations.
Independent Contractor
Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of Testers Community. Nothing in this Policy creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
We may update or modify this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
